The contract in one sentence: a paid invoice rents you one virtual or dedicated server from NulNet, prepaid for the term you picked — month, quarter, six months, or a year. Cancel any time from the panel; time already paid but unused moves to your account balance toward future invoices, while sending coins back on-chain is an exception a ticket has to approve, not the default. You receive root. Root is not a license to break the criminal law of the rack's jurisdiction, and AUP breaches can suspend the account. Confirmed downtime compensates through the SLA's service credits and nothing else. This page is a commercial summary in plain language, not legal advice about where you live.

Every crypto amount starts from a USD figure; the invoice page prints the coin equivalent at a live rate, with a stored fallback if the feed hiccups. One asset, one network, one transfer: a USDT meant for TRC-20 that lands on some other chain cannot be pulled back by anyone, so match what the invoice names before you sign. If an amount arrives short, a ticket quoting the txid completes the gap on the same invoice.

Support exists in exactly one channel: tickets inside the client panel, tied to an invoice code or an IP. There is no chat line and no phone, by design.
