The short answer

Yes for the rental, no for whatever gets published. Ordering a server from a company registered in another country is cross-border commerce, the kind firms run daily, and settling the invoice in Bitcoin or Monero is legal wherever holding those assets is legal. What the contract is

The counterparty is Meridian Node Ltd., registered in Saint Kitts and Nevis; the disks sit in one of twenty-one cities. Signup collects an email or an anonymous token plus a password of at least 12 characters — no passport scan, no selfie, no phone number, because no card processor sits inside the checkout to demand them. Sixteen coins clear the same invoice, and a VPS images roughly a minute after the transfer credits.

What the content is

You remain the operator of everything the server does. The AUP bans CSAM, phishing, spam and attack traffic outright, and offshore billing amends none of that list. Abuse reports are read against the criminal law of the facility's jurisdiction — real process moves, foreign templates do not. A no-KYC VPS paid in Monero is still a computer with your administration on it.

What the money is

Crypto payment changes who stands between you and the rack: no licensed processor, no card statement line, no processor-side file created here. It does not rewrite upstream history — if an exchange identified you when you bought the coins, that record lives where you bought them. Tax and reporting duties attached to your assets travel with you; this checkout reads none of them.

The honest limit

Your home country can still investigate you, and three trails sit outside any host's control: the payment chain, the operational IP, and the site itself. Jurisdiction buys structural distance from some civil process, never an exemption from criminal law anywhere.
