# Abuse policy

Third-party reports reach action only with standing: the sender is law enforcement of the jurisdiction where the facility stands, and the complaint carries the IP, timestamps and logs. Everything else — private notices, forwarded templates, paid takedown services — is read and closed without action.

Two classes get acted on regardless of who reports them: CSAM and active attack infrastructure are not copyright debates, and URLs with evidence to abuse@ end accounts. Customer support stays in panel tickets; abuse@ exists for outside reports only.
